If u have COD4 well then I suggest doing this: only problem is if u have the map pack then u will need to redownload it and re download the 1.30 patch in order to play online again

first off put the flash drive in the ps3, let the ps3 locate it, then go to game save files, and copy the cod4 game save to your flashdrive, then once u have donne that, eject it.
Take your flash dirve to your computer and
put the save on computer from usb and open file GPAD0_CM in notepad
delete all the writing and replace it with

The Name of the file Might be a bit different depends on what region ure in.
once u have done that, take it back to ur ps3, save the memory from ur flashdrive to ur ps3, overwrite the cod4 game save and then delete that 1.30 COD$ patch, once u have done that u can play campaign and spltiscreen with hacks
